The woman I spoke to was very friendly & accommodating. I made an error in the personalization & called the next day when I found the error. Even though the company only allows cancelations of orders 2 hours after the order is placed, the woman I spoke to corrected my error & shipped the correct order, cancelling the old one. I call that EXCELLENT customer service.
